As a named subcontractor of Margins ID Group (MIDG) and its subsidiaries, we specialize in sourcing European Guarantee, Suppliers Credit, and debt financing for various projects in Ghana and West Africa.

Meet Our Board
Director - Moses K. Baiden
Moses Kwesi Baiden Jr. is the visionary founder and Executive Chairman of Margins Group, established in 1990 as a printing and binding enterprise. Over three decades, Margins ID Group has birthed essential subsidiaries such as Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited, Identity Management Systems Limited, Margins ID Systems Applications Limited, and Identity Management Systems Limited (II), among others.
Moses has held numerous leadership roles, serving as chairman, director, and board member across various organizations, including Ghana Identification Company, Passport Support Services, and Bluetown Ghana Limited, to name a few. His dedication and hard work have garnered him numerous accolades over the years. Moses is a graduate of the University of Ghana, holding an LLB in Law and a Qualifying Certificate as a Barrister of Law from the Ghana Law School.
Executive Director - Peter Blom
Peter Blom, the dynamic Managing Director of Blom Holdings and IDFG Denmark, boasts an impressive track record spanning over 35 years across five continents—North America, South, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
As a Director of Margins ID Group and its subsidiaries, Peter's strengths lie in business development, strategic planning, negotiation, and coaching. He has a proven ability to identify potential markets and successfully establish companies in competitive industries, particularly in Africa, where he has invested for over two decades.
Director - Bolette Christensen
Bolette Christensen's illustrious career encompasses diverse leadership roles, from Management Development Consultant to CEO. With a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, specializing in Business Psychology, and an Executive MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute, Bolette is well-equipped to lead.
She has held pivotal positions at the Danish Confederation of Industries and served as CEO of BØRNEfonden. Currently, as CEO of Vordinborg Business Forum, Bolette continues to drive impactful initiatives, including advocating for "One Denmark without Parallel Communities" on behalf of the Danish government.
